Arsenal and Liverpool on alert as Barcelona star could be available to sign

first_imgArsenal and Liverpool are on red alert after learning Inter Milan will not take up their option-to-buy clause on Rafinha.The midfielder has been on loan at the San Siro from Barcelona this season and he has made 16 appearances.As part of the loan move, Inter have the option to buy the Brazilian outright this summer for £33million.But, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian club have balked at that and will not be taking up their option on Rafinha.That will come as good news to both Arsenal and Liverpool, who are tracking the 25-year-old.The pair looked at Rafinha last summer, but they ended up looking elsewhere for midfield reinforcements as Inter’s offer trumped theirs. THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN – DONEGAL PLAYERS ON ALL STAR NOMINATION LIST!

first_imgUlster champions and all-Ireland semi-finalists Donegal have seven players included in the nominations for the GAA/GPA All Star Football Awards.Captain Michael Murphy – a winner with Glenswilly in the County Final at the weekend – is on the list.He is joined by Paul Durkan, Neil McGee, Frank McGlynn, Karl Lacey, Kevin Cassidy and Colm McFadden.
